- Packaging options
- Each cube in its own printed box with CE mark, warning and EU address; EAN on box and carton; 100 cubes per carton (≈ 9 kg). Bulk-bagged on request from 1,000 pcs.
- Lead time
- Live stock levels. If it’s on the site, it is in the warehouse — every paid order is dispatched within 3 working days.
- Shipping terms
- Delivered from Riga by DPD / Venipak: Baltics €9 (1–2 working days), PL/FI/SE/DK/DE €19 (2–5), rest of the EU €29 (3–8); free over €600. No customs inside the EU.
- Payment & invoices
- EU-registered company · VAT ID on every invoice · Pay by bank transfer or card. All prices final for EU buyers — we handle VAT & paperwork. Proper invoices for your accounting.
- Certificates
- CE & EN71 certified. Download the actual test reports on this page: EN 71-1/-2/-3, REACH, Declaration of Conformity, GPSR information.
- Quality
- Every bulk order QC-checked before dispatch. Defects replaced — no questions. 2% spare cubes free on orders of 100+.

Per parcel of up to 200 cubes (≈ 18 kg). Free on every order over €600 ex VAT. Every paid order is dispatched within 3 working days. Collection by appointment is free.

VAT on your invoice — the rule is set by the delivery address
All prices final for EU buyers — we handle VAT & paperwork. Proper invoices for your accounting. No customs duty or import VAT inside the EU: the goods are already imported and cleared in Latvia.
21% Latvian VAT on every invoice — companies, schools and individuals alike. VAT-registered buyers deduct it as usual.
0% VAT — intra-Community supply, reverse charge. We check your number in VIES; you account for VAT at home.
21% Latvian VAT — clubs, individuals and companies not registered for VAT.
0% — export. Import duty and local VAT are paid by the recipient at the border.
Proforma first, parcel next day, problems fixed without returns
Payment
Bank transfer (SEPA) against a proforma invoice, or card via a secure link. Prepayment for the first two orders; from the third order EU companies and public institutions get net 30 days. Nothing is charged until you approve the proforma; the proforma we send is the binding price.
The 3-day dispatch guarantee
Every paid order leaves our warehouse within 3 working days. If yours is later, shipping on that order is free — no forms, we just credit it.
Defects
Every bulk order QC-checked before dispatch. Defects replaced — no questions: send a photo or video within 30 days of delivery and we replace the cubes in your next parcel or issue a credit note. Nothing to send back. Orders of 100+ include 2% spare cubes free.

CE marking under the Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC; EN 71-1, EN 71-2 and EN 71-3 test reports; EU Declaration of Conformity; REACH Annex XVII (phthalates, entries 51/52); GPSR (EU) 2023/988 art. 19 product information on the packaging and on the site.
